Independent businesses.
Project-by-project opportunity.

The Collective is not a workforce, shift system or employment program.

Each contractor operates through their own properly registered business, maintains applicable insurance, supplies their own ordinary tools, equipment, PPE and work methods, and remains free to serve other clients. de Vie offers defined Project Orders. Contractors decide whether to accept or decline each opportunity without penalty.

Availability, acceptance and completion—connected to one project.

Contractors voluntarily publish availability blocks. When an opportunity matches, de Vie sends a Project Order for review. Publishing availability does not obligate acceptance.

01

Publish availability

Choose the blocks when project opportunities may be offered.

02

Review the Project Order

See the scope, service area, fixed project fee and completion criteria before deciding.

03

Accept or decline

Acceptance creates the project commitment. Declining carries no penalty.

04

Complete through one link

The accepted-project notification and calendar entry open the same secure project record.

Tap. Photograph. Submit.

At the end of a routine cleaning, the contractor taps Take Signature Finish Photo, captures one photo of the handwritten card and branded mint arrangement, and submits. The project, property, contractor business, service type, date and acceptance criteria are already connected—no job number or repetitive form entry.

Six pieces—not the entire collection.

Approved branded presentation is required on every accepted de Vie project. Each contractor receives or is issued only the six-piece capsule applicable to their approved service category.

2

Choose two category-approved polos, performance tops, quarter-zips or Companion layers.

Extra branded pieces may be purchased, earned through a defined program or temporarily issued for a particular contract. Issued branded property remains de Vie property unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
